Applying and Enrolment

Dear student

Well done on your GCSE results and we are very pleased that you wish to enrol in our Sixth Form. We look forward to welcoming you for this next stage of your education.

As you can see from the enrolment form , we have minimum requirements for our A- Level courses and so please check these carefully and then fill in the form choosing 3 or 4 courses, one from each block.

Once you have filled in this form, please then email it to Mrs Baxter (abaxter@joycefrankland.org) and attach a copy / photo of your GCSE results from your school to enable us to check that you have the correct GCSE grades for the courses which you have chosen.
